The new leveling system basic threaded tabs 1 mm long are suitable for particularly thick materials from 20 to 25 mm. This means that our leveling system can be used even more variably. From now on you can also lay thick terrace slabs and natural stones without excess teeth and visible edges.

Thanks to the narrow 1 mm bar, you can easily fulfill your customers' wishes for the narrowest possible joints.

ATTENTION: The basic threaded tabs 1 mm long for tiles from 20 mm to 25 mm thick are only suitable for use with the GRAY pull hoods.

How to use our leveling system correctly:

• Step 1: First apply the tile adhesive as usual. Make sure that the surface on which you want to lay your tiles is completely flat. Hollow layers cannot be leveled with the leveling system . Now place the threaded tabs under the first tile.
• Step 2: When placing the second tile, fix the base thread tabs 1 mm between the joints. Do the same for the next three to four tiles.
• Step 3: Now screw the gray pull hoods onto the leveling system threaded brackets. In this way, the tiles lined up next to each other are raised to a level. As long as the glue is wet, you can readjust the pull hoods as desired.
• Step 4: Allow the adhesive bed to harden completely. The gray leveling system pull hoods can then be twisted off 1 mm long from the base threaded tabs and used again, while the threaded tabs are broken off at their predetermined breaking point and disposed of.

The result is a perfectly laid tile floor without excess teeth and visible edges.
